Ran GUO

I am currently a lecturer at Rotterdam School of Management, and Assistant Profressor (0.5 FTE) at Stockholm Business School. I graduated with a PhD in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University in June 2020.

My research interests lie in areas of corporate finance, corporate governance, political economics, and industrial organization.
